Revolving Door Decision Appeals

The following are the decisions of the Executive Ethics Commission regarding appeals of Executive Inspector General Revolving Door Determinations.

A Revolving Door Determination is a decision by an Executive Inspector General that restricts the ability of a current or former State employee to accept non-State employment during the year following termination of State employment. If a current or former employee disagrees with the Executive Inspector General determination, the employee may file an appeal of that determination with the Executive Ethics Commission.
