Procurement Conflict of Interest Decisions

The following are the decisions of the Executive Ethics Commission on requests for an exemption from the prohibitions of Section 50-13 of the Illinois Procurement Code.

Section 50-13 of the Procurement Code prohibits certain people and entities from having an interest in state contracts due to a conflict of interest. Based upon the request of the appropriate chief procurement officer, the Executive Ethics Commission may grant an exemption from the conflict of interest provisions. (30 ILCS 500/50-13)
