Ethics Act Disciplinary Appeals

The following are the decisions of the Executive Ethics Commission on appeals of disciplinary action based upon violations of the Ethics Act.

If a state employee is disciplined based on a violation of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, the employee is entitled to file an appeal of that discipline with the Executive Ethics Commission. (5 ILCS 430/20-55)
