Annual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training Reports
The following are annual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training Reports submitted to the Executive Ethics Commission by State agencies.
By February 1st of each year, each State agency is required to submit an annual report that 1) summarizes the harassment and discrimination prevention training program that was provided to and completed by agency’s employees during the previous calendar year; 2) provides the names of any officers or employees who failed to complete the training; and 3) outlines the plan for harassment and discrimination prevention training in the current calendar year. The Executive Ethics Commission then is required to publish these annual reports on its website. (5 ILCS 430/5-10.5)
